All NailTheTest plans — both Precalculus and Captain's License — are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every NailTheTest purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked, no forms to fill out.
Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Email techsupport@nailthetest.com.
- After 7 days: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be satisfied — if there's a legitimate issue, contact us and we'll work with you.
Free Trials
Free trials have no charge. If you decide not to purchase at the end of your trial, you simply won't be charged — no action needed on your part.
Didn't Pass the Exam?
We can't guarantee exam results — passing depends on your effort, preparation, and the specific test administered. However, we stand behind our platform. If you don't pass your exam and your 12-month access period has expired, email us and we'll extend your access so you can continue studying. No extra charge.
How to Request a Refund

- We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
